We offer a hassle-free 7-day return policy from the delivery date. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund or exchange.

Terms & Conditions For Return :-

We accept returns of our item(s) only in the case of physical defects or damage incurred during delivery from our warehouse to your doorstep, or if a wrong or expired item(s) has been shipped. To initiate a return, please email us at wecare@buynimbarka.com with a photo or unboxing video of the incorrect or damaged product within 2 days (48 hours) from the delivery date.

If you wish to return all or part of your order, please inform us within 2 days (48 hours) of receiving the item(s) by sending an email to wecare@buynimbarka.com.

Please note the following conditions for returns:

  • The item(s) must be in its original condition, unused, and in the same packaging as received.
  • We do not accept returns if the seal is broken or if the product has been used.
  • Item(s) returned without the original packaging or showing signs of use may be subject to a restocking fee.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange :-

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these simple steps:

2. Pack the Item(s): Carefully pack the item(s) you wish to return or exchange, ensuring they are in their original condition and packaging.

3. Return Shipping: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective item(s). We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely.

4. Processing Time: Once your return request is submitted, a pickup will be organised. Our courier partners will collect the item(s) within 5-7 business days after your return request is received. After we receive the item(s), our team will inspect them to ensure they meet our return policy criteria. Upon approval, we will either issue a refund to your original payment method or process the exchange. If the item(s) do not meet the return criteria, they will be returned to you.

* If you paid online, the refund will be processed back to the original payment method (debit/credit card, bank, wallet, etc.) within 7 working days after the quality check.

* For COD orders, the refund will be transferred to your bank account within 14 working days after the quality check. You will need to provide the bank details where you would like to receive the refund.

5. Exceptions: Certain items may not be eligible for return or exchange due to hygiene reasons. Additionally, final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.

Damaged or Missing Item(s) :-

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged item(s) or find a missing item(s) in your package, please contact us within 2 days (48 hours) of the delivery date. You can reach us by email at wecare@buynimbarka.com or by phone at +91-774-300-4044. Be sure to include your order number and a photo or unboxing video of the item(s).

Once we receive these details, our customer service team will respond within 24 hours. We will work promptly to resolve the issue by providing a replacement or issuing a refund, depending on your preference.

After we receive the returned product(s), we will verify them against the claim and then initiate the replacement or refund accordingly.

Wrong or Expired Item(s) :-

If you receive a wrong or expired item(s), please contact us within 2 days (48 hours) of the delivery date. You can reach us by email at wecare@buynimbarka.com or by phone at +91-774-300-4044. Be sure to include your order number and a photo or unboxing video of the item(s).

Once we receive these details, our customer service team will respond within 24 hours. We will work promptly to resolve the issue by providing a replacement or issuing a refund, depending on your preference.

After we receive the returned product(s), we will verify them against the claim and initiate the replacement or refund accordingly.

Concerns Related To The Product Quality :-

While Nimbarka products are designed with safety in mind, we strongly recommend performing a patch test if you have sensitive skin or known allergies before using the product fully. If you experience any adverse reactions or have concerns about product quality, discontinue use immediately and contact our customer service team at wecare@buynimbarka.com or by phone at +91-774-300-4044 within 7 days of the delivery date. We will review your concern and respond within 24 to 48 hours.

Please ensure you follow the product usage instructions to minimize potential risks.

  • We do not offer any dermatological treatments.
  • We do not offer monetary compensation.
  • We have a strict no-returns policy, especially for used or opened products.

Order Is Marked Delivered But Not Received By You :-

Contact our customer service team within 3 days (72 hours) of the delivery date. Our team will work promptly to resolve the issue.

Cancellation Policy :-

You have the option to cancel your order either before it is dispatched or within 3 hours of placing the order, whichever comes first. If you wish to cancel your order, please email us at wecare@buynimbarka.com or call us at +91-774-300-4044 (Mon-Sat, 10:00 am to 6:00 pm) within 3 hours of placing the order. We will assist you with the cancellation.

Please note:

  • Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled.
  • For prepaid orders canceled within 3 hours, a full refund will be initiated. The refund will be processed within 7 business days after your cancellation request is acknowledged.
  • For COD orders canceled within 3 hours, a full refund will be initiated. The refund will be processed to your bank account within 14 business days after your cancellation request is acknowledged.
  • Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accommodate order cancellations after delivery.

Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days in case of cancellation of an order.
